This is almost always a connection speed issue. Check your internet is doing at least 10 Mbps (25 Mbps for Full HD) — run a free speed test at fast.com. If you're on Wi-Fi, try moving closer to your router or switching to the 5 GHz band. A wired Ethernet connection gives the most stable picture. If speed isn't the issue, restart your router and the device, then reload the channel.
Check your spam or junk folder first — the welcome email sometimes lands there. Account activation takes up to 5 minutes after payment. If you still haven't received anything after 10 minutes, contact our support team with your order number and we'll sort it straight away.
Try refreshing your channel list in the app settings. If one channel is down but others work fine, check our Service Status page for any known issues. Individual channels occasionally have brief outages — if it's been down for more than an hour, contact support and we'll investigate.
You need to enable sideloading first. Go to Settings → My Fire TV → Developer Options → Apps from Unknown Sources and turn it ON. Then retry the installation via the Downloader app. If Developer Options isn't visible, go to Settings → My Fire TV and click the About section 7 times to unlock it.
Poor picture is usually a bandwidth issue during a busy period. Run a speed test — you need 10 Mbps minimum for HD. Also check the quality setting inside your IPTV app and make sure it's set to HD rather than SD. If you're on Wi-Fi, try switching to a wired connection or the 5 GHz Wi-Fi band for a noticeable improvement.
